A light, fragrant bread emphasizing the savory taste of olives, jalapeños and cracked black pepper corns. After rising on top of a steaming pot of water, this loaf turned out to be a wonderful compliment to a hearty winter soup. The chili pepper and cayenne pepper spicing folded delicately into the center of the loaf, yielding bread that pulled apart gently. The middle of the loaf was spicy and suited the soup admirably.
