Blueberry Waffles Sunny Side-Up

Blueberry waffles will brighten any morning when paired with plush sunny side-up eggs, topped with pan seared local mushrooms from the farmers market. A hint of thyme and chile peppers on the mushrooms as they sear adds just the right amount of spice to this otherwise sweet dish, the perfect wake up for Saturday morning with a light glaze of maple syrup.
